KGP, mon ami!
The master artist, Vincent Van Gogh, once said that, "The night is more alive and more richly coloured than the day".
I will always remember KGP as a very long and a wonderful evening, a night to remember. I will be desperate to relive that night again with may be infrequent visits to the campus or meeting up old friends after work or in some other hopeless attempt to feel like I do now. But I know it won't be the same.
Our life in KGP is but a pleasant stretch of intentional insomnia. One cannot and will not be considered a KGPian if they did not engage in a midnight stroll of the 2.2 or a 3 am expedition to Chhedis or just stayed up really late with friends, doing nothing at all. I bet many would feel the same way.
Our best memories will always remain carefully stored in fragments somewhere in KGP in the darkness.
